iTunes has to be installed on the PC, if you want to get an app with a code. You must be logged in to the US store to be able to redeem the code. Check available downloads in the top menu of iTunes -> Store. If you still have problems, contact us!

You have to review every app on Facebook. If you get this message, you didn't review the app on Facebook.

If you reviewed the app directly on Facebook and not through Promo Dispenser, your review has to be validated on Promo Dispenser. The system checks your reviews once a day, if you were logged in within the last 24 hours. Otherwise you have to validate your review manually.

Go to your account page and click the red speech bubble next to the app, you reviewed on Facebook. It will check your review and if everything is fine, it will turn green. Now you can get another code. You can also wait for the daily auto update, when the system checks your reviews automatically (if you were logged in within the last 24 hours).

Because it is probably used by somebody else. Some developers are inpatient and release the same codes on other sites, forums too. If that happens, the code will give you the "already used" message. Just write a comment about it, letting the dev know, that he would have received a review for his code from you, while he probably got nothing from the other sites.
